Any damaged books on arrival will be investigated by Australia Post & USPS (if based in the US) This means you will need to provide photographic evidence of the box, packing and damaged books to USPS and lodge a claim with them. 
Our team quality checks all books externally before packaging.
 
USPS have been requesting damaged books to be assessed by their teams and if deemed damaged, they will request return of items to dispose of and then we can replace the items IF and WHEN they approve the claim.
