Any damaged books on arrival will be investigated by the carrier. This means you will need to provide photographic evidence of the box, packing, and damaged books. USPS has been requesting damaged books to be assessed by their teams and if deemed damaged, they will request the return of items to dispose of and then we can replace the items IF and WHEN they approve the claim.
